Winter Wonderland

We had lots of fun in the recent snow!

We also went sledding on Sunday, but I don't have pictures! The girls are becoming pro sledders--they both enjoyed flying over the "jump" some older kids made. We are lucky to have a great hill in walking distance. 

 Of course we are busy getting, ready for Christmas, too :)

Minnesota Weekend

We had a short but very sweet trip to Minnesota recently!

We saw our favorite cousins, and met baby Ellory...

Both of them seem to be wondering if this is a good idea.

The weather was lovely!

We took a free train ride to the Children's Museum in downtown St. Paul.

The girls loved painting their faces.

There were lots of very cute moments :)

We had a very nice trip!

The girls dressed as Shimmer and Shine this year--genies from one of Evelyn's current favorite TV shows. 

We went to the costume contest at the Tivoli Theater, and all the kids got a chance to go on stage!

We couldn't have asked for better weather! We got together with our neighborhood buddies and trick or treated.

 The younger kids lasted a couple blocks, but the big kids kept going until dark! 

We capped off the evening with a pizza and dance party. It was tons of fun :)

Pumpkins x 2

We've had two visits to Pumpkin Farms this fall!

We had tons of fun celebrating Auntie Maureen's birthday at Bengston's... The rides were a big hit!

We also went to the church pumpkin farm for more fun! (and flowers, and wheelbarrows)

Go Lightning!

Evelyn just finished her first season of soccer! She had a great time playing with her fellow kindergarteners. She enjoyed the social/playtime aspect much more than the actual game of soccer... but she definitely had fun and made some improvement over the season :)
