Stats & Smiles

The ladies had their 3 year and 2 month well checks last week. Here's how they measure up:

Evelyn
36.5 lbs (91st %ile)
39 in (90th %ile)

Annalie
11lbs 15oz (70th %ile)
22.5 in (56th %ile)

Evelyn enjoyed her checkup, and was pretty surprised to see the doctor use a hammer--that one isn't in her doctor kit. Annalie was enjoying things just fine until it was time for vaccinations...

Trying to get Princess/Super Hero to hold still for a picture is challenging, so here are our best shots!

Annalie, on the other hand, was extremely cooperative! She was full of smiles :)

This may not be a smile, but it sure makes me laugh!

Grove Fest

Between all the storms this weekend, we enjoyed an afternoon at the local festival.

Two Months

Annalie is now two months old! 

She continues to be a pretty great baby :) She is starting to smile, although you wouldn't know it from these pictures. Annalie loves watching her big sister play, hanging out outside, and her pacifier! Her eyes are getting bluer, and her lovely head of hair is staying dark like her daddy's. 

Party Time!

This weekend we celebrated Evelyn's birthday with our extended family. Annalie also made her big debut!

I was very proud of my Pinterest-inspired cake! 

Evelyn enjoyed it....

 ...but she also had to have a cupcake.

Evelyn got some great gifts: games, books, toys, beautiful dresses, and a magnificent pair of "stick shoes"

It was a beautiful day! Dry and cool :)
